Types of Information Collected
- Your Financial/Payment Information: Our transactions are conducted by Authorize.net. Your full credit card number, and CVV2 code are never stored by our servers. That information is sent via secure request (128-bit SSL) to Authorize.net for approval. We only receive a code that tells us that the transaction is approved, or otherwise. In the case of a decline, no details about the reason are provided to us.
- The payment information that we DO collect and store is used strictly for our order records, and includes the following: credit card type, credit card owner, last 4 digits of the credit card number, and the expiration date of the credit card.
- Your Personal Account Information: The customer account area of this site is secured under 128-bit SSL encryption. Our SSL provider is Godaddy, Inc. When you register your account, or conduct activity with your account, the personal information that you've provided to us is sent through this encryption method. Your web browser should have a "Lock" symbol in the address bar to signify that your connection to our server is indeed secure. If you do not see the "Lock" symbol and are concerned about the privacy or security of your transaction with us via our website, we encourage you to contact us directly at 406-570-4593 so that we may efficiently address your concerns and provide with a more personal level of service. We also recommend that you take into consideration your particular method of being connected to the internet - an unsecured wi-fi connection may present a vulnerability issue.
- The personal information that you provide to create an account with us, and which is also stored, includes the following: name, address, city, state, zip, phone number, gender, birth-date, and country. Your past orders are also stored by our system.
- Google Analytics data: this is not personally identifiable, and is only used to enable us to improve our methods of serving our customers
